Java Blue

We haven’t been on a Carnival cruise in over 10 years but wanted to try their Excel class so going on the Celebration. I know the line to get coffee at Java Blue can get long but wanted to find out if we just did grab and go from the case (soda, juice, snack etc) do you have to check out in the same coffee line? Thx!

I know in the past there has been a person back there just for food items

You have to wait in line.  Folks are getting soda, juice, snack etc. along with their coffee.  Usually, only two people working... one making the coffee and the other taking orders and prepping.

100% yes

we had drinks-on-us this last time on the celebration and each night before a port day we’d go and grab a couple Gatorade’s to take into port (the beach) with us.
