What if any on board credits are stackable ?

I have checked the website and the FAQ ' s. We are not familiar with the rule and think it may have different rules for different sales promos. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We have military , stock and AARP. I didn't even know AARP gave us credits until after we booked.

Mine is currently showing the teacher's, AARP, Carnival stock and a small TA onboard credit.  I board in two weeks so we will see but it appears that at least those four are stackable.  I sure won't complain!!!  Our HIA did not include gratuities this time so a nice portion of my OBC will go to pay that.

That gives me hope. I have the same reasoning. I want to get the credits to use for the gratuities. We just sent in stock request on Friday. Lets see if the new system accepts it. Thank you

My understanding is that the AARP and teachers/military are not stackable.  You can only have one.  However, as long as you are a couple, the teacher/military person can take that OBC and the other party be the AARP member and recipient.  In that way, you get all the OBC.  CCL stock is certainly stackable with either.

That is my understanding, as well.  Our forthcoming Caribbean cruise recognizes CCL, military, and AARP.  However, it is not a casino or an otherwise "free cabin" cruise.

So there is still a good chance we can get all 3 . AARP is in my name, Military and stock in my husbands. First rep said no to stock as we had military. We put in stock information on the app anyway  on  Friday and waiting to see what happens. We leave in March .

My mom has AARP, teachers & stockholder OBC all on one reservation in a room by herself.  All three are showing up on her documents from her TA & HAL and have been confirmed on a phone call with HAL.

Pardon my ignorance, but how do you get an AARP OBC?  I have SH and am not a teacher or a vet, but I did (reluctantly) join AARP, so I'd like to get something that's due to me.

Don't feel bad, we did not know about it either. Its kind of hidden if you don't sail with them often ( like us). We had to fight a bit to get it because we booked on a Sunday and put the info in on Monday and they said it has to be verified before you book. Well, why would you put in for discounts with a line when you don't know IF you are going to book with them. Our TA went to bat for us and got it posted.
