Sky Princess 14 day

Boarded on January 20. Here are a few things that happened that I didn’t expect. 
 

Room service was available in Fort Lauderdale on turnaround day. 
 

Didn’t have to repeat Muster drill. 
 

We are Elite and received a new mini bar setup.

 

My sister is sailing with us and had 14 cruises at the start of this cruise, one short of Elite. She was notified yesterday that they would count the first week and moved her to Elite status. They gave her new black medallion and she sent laundry and this morning they delivered mini bar setup. 
 

Very organized on the ship getting us off to clear customs. Had to wait awhile in terminal for a lone straggler to join the group to start reboarding. Shore staff was very disorganized getting us all back on.

 

Overall cruise has been very good. Food seems to be better than when we were on Sky last year. Service has been excellent. Not sure how many on ship, but it seems more crowded than normal.

just got off the Sky today. Had a great time considering Costa Maya was cancelled. Food was very good I thought as well. Really enjoyed the bar staff at Good Spirits!

We've been on the Sky now 3 or 4 times. All have been good. But then again, we take the stance that any day on a cruise is better than a day at home!
