I have studied this closely and reading between the lines I am thinking a number of people mistook this for a dentist.

I remember visiting a bar in the French port of Caen with friends about 35 years ago. The middle-aged patronne of the establishment demonstrated her ability to make absolutely filthy depictions of male genitalia from the bar towels. We were very impressed. I don't suppose you'll get anything like that on a P&O ship - at least I hope not!
