Keep your notifications for the VV app on and you’ll get all the updates.  None of the notifications were actual announcements over the loudspeaker.

I’ve been ignoring this one for 15 hrs 😂

Hi there! No actual need to do this, just as long as you get off the boat by 10:30. We had breakfast reservations at 9:00 a.m. for The Wake, made it back to our cabin to grab our suitcases at 10:15, and proceeded out the gangway line 🙂

🙂 Hi! They mention to pick up towels because not everyone is going to the Beach Club, some are perhaps on private excursions, the tram drops off at various places 🧜🏻‍♀️

Thanks for sharing your vacation time!

Oh yes.. great point.  I forgot you can explore the island too.  I know renting a golf cart is an option we talked about.

Will be interested to read about this port. It is not a common stop.

Virgin has a private beach club at Bimini. You take an open air tram from the ship to the beach club and they have lots of beach access, large pool, nice sitting areas, lots of free food, and they have the DJ and happenings cast having a pool party and activities.  Pretty ideal for a beach day.

There’s also a casino, fishing area, public beaches, etc.  it’s a pretty nice - very relaxing.

One thing I would suggest to VV is to adjust the arrangement of the casino.  Specifically the table games at least.  The red room is next to the casino and when a show lets out of there it’s a total cluster.  There’s only one path on the right side and the roulette tables and craps (which are very popular)  are right in the middle by the path.  The layout could be more efficient for gamers and also keep the congestion down.

There seems to be wasted space on the side of the table games the way it’s roped off people don’t know there are actually open poker tables over there.     🤷🏻‍♂️

This pic shows the layout I was trying to describe.  The right side is like I-95 between roulette and the TV screen.  On each end there is a theatre and the roundabout.  On the left is has always been empty.

PSA regarding bathroom in XL Sea Terrace.  The sink part is open with no door.  The water closet and shower are separate with doors on each however there is no lock.  Makes no difference for us but maybe it would for others?

I love there is no clanging or rattling of a bathroom door in the night.

Also of note - the rainfall shower is awesome.  Pressure is amazing and temperature is good.  It also has a wand option.

The person in our group who had the cabana booked stopped by sailor services to see if cancelling the cabana was an option.  Negative - 24 hrs notice required.  Expected that & No biggie here just checking options if we wanted to change our plans.

Changing and heading out shortly 😄

Cheers🍻

Is that big ball the one they set on 🔥 for the final party 🎈 ?

And did I hear my favorite word Casino at Bimini 🎰

Glad the weather got better for y’all

Nancy

Yes that’s one of them.  I think there are at least 2.  I don’t think they do it as often anymore and we will miss that since all aboard is 6:30 before sunset in this sailing.

Pools are hopping.  DJ going with loud music.  Tons of floats in the pools.  Our cabana is a great location.  Centered between bathroom, bar, pool and beach.

We’re far enough from DJ/pool that music is at an acceptable level.  I wouldn’t last long in the pool area - not my scene.

We used the $100 bar tab with the cabana instantly.  That’s long gone.

Lots of loungers setup on the beach.  The sun came out finally and the temp is mid 70s F.  Water is pretty chilly and rough.
