safarijm Posted February 24 #1 Share Posted February 24 Unfortunately no insurance and last minute ER visit so 24 day cruise with 13 ports Brazil to Chile. Was told that RSCC would refund. Anyone have any guidance? Thanks in advance
Kwaj girl Posted February 24 #2 Share Posted February 24 I don't think so. Looking at your invoice you will not see any breakout of taxes or port fees.

I just missed a cruise due to illness. They have sent a credit to cc for taxes. Haven’t gotten the cc statement yet. TA notified them a couple days before cruise. jeb_bud Posted February 24 #5 Share Posted February 24 We missed our first cruise due to an injury en route to Alaska. We were refunded taxes and fees plus I think a Regent Choice excursion. This was back in 2017 and my memory is hazy re the excursion.
