Is your cabin mate included in the casino offer "Drinks everwhere"?

Recommended Posts

My husband’s offer is always drinks for just him.  I either pay by the drink or get cheers just for myself.  However, I can’t get cheers just for myself online before the cruise because it will charge us for both of us.  When I get onboard, I have to go to guest services and purchase it for myself.  They send a note to the casino to get it approved and then I am good to go.  If I purchase a drink before they get it approved, they will credit the individual drink back when charging me for cheers.

Thanks for your replies!  I did finally find the answer in the small print on the confirmation.  It is only for me.  And I did see where it wants to charge you for 2 people if you try to add it online.  I may try to call the casino people and see if they can add it to the reservation.  Thanks!

And if they can’t, you can pay for it once you board

You cannot add it on before the cruise.  You will have to wait until the casino opens so that guest services can confirm that you have the offer.

One thing we have noticed with these casino offers if if your spouse has an offer with same code, they will get those perks.  We have had offers where my OBC or free play is higher so will book the cabin under my offer code, but if my spouse has the same offer code, they will get those perks.  Last cruise he also had drinks everywhere and casino play under his offer and I had the bigger OBC and drinks everywhere.  So always check if your cabin mate has same offer code, even if lower perks they will still apply.

Fortunately, you don't have to wait until the casino opens. I have DOUE for just myself, so on our cruise in August, we purchased it for my husband at the Havana Bar within the first hour after boarding. It took about 10 minutes, but they were able to confirm that I had the drinks on us - so we were only charged for my husband (at the "on board" price. :-()
