Does Casual Dining Include Ocean Terrace?

We're sailing Enchanted later this June. 

We purchased the Premier Package which includes unlimited "casual dining".  

Does that include Ocean Terrace?

Yes, it's one of our favorites. Very limited seating though.

Even when there was a charge for everyone there were long waits to get a seat

And even getting a seat didn't mean you would get served.  After waiting 15 or 20 minutes, we got up and left.

It's always been a popular venue. We would eat there multiple times per cruise, prior to the casual dining credits coming into play.
