Boarding pass not showing

We are due to sail on Quest next week. We have completed all our online documentation. However when we go to Source there are no boarding passes. Are others experiencing this? Or is it just another poor IT system that doesn’t work. I’m guessing I can just show up with the final document booklet?

Stu UK,

No need to worry - as a regular SB cruiser never needed or used a boarding pass. Just your passports and reservation info.

 

Also, never use the pathetic folded paper baggage tags you print off that need a stapler/sellotape and rip off easily. On arrival at the port they will take your bags and add tags and write with your suite number on them.

 

Are you disembarking in Gran Canaria or staying onboard? If the latter - see you when we join Quest there.

We have the same problem but as the other poster has said we never bother, just turn up at the port and they will sort if out for you.

It's a problem if you do not have a passport.  If your name is on the manifest, nothing else matters.  Posted for future reference.

Think you do need to add your details to the ‘source’ app, passport etc. etc.  Might just make life a little easier if you download it now and fill the details in.
