Sold out dining options (IONA)

Hi there
My dining options opened up to book on Saturday and I have successfully managed to reserve a handful of meals and shows. However, the afternoon tea at the epicurean has me stumped. Is it ONLY available on the first sea day on a 7 day Norwegian cruise? I thought it was also available on the final sea day?

Also, would it say anything to indicate if it is sold out? I can still go through the motions of booking it but then get the following text (pic attached). Does that mean it is sold out? There is only one day and one time slot where it is possible to try and reserve it.

If so, do they keep any seats open for booking when you board?

Last year this became able to book once onboard. Several times were offered so I would not have thought it would be fully booked already
