Just got docs! Legend room question?

Just received docs for Legend sailing and got upgraded to room 8169.Very excited!! However how is it having a room under the Lido Deck? Especially by the pool? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also on an extended balcony how many chairs are placed out there?Thanks for the help!

We had a room on that floor on the Victory and loved it because you could zip in from the pool when you needed something easily. I never heard any noise but we are night owls.

We had room 8232 on the legend and loved it. Very easy to get to the food! We were also next to elevators. Never heard enough noise to ever bother us.Enjoy.

We were in cabin 8153 on the Legend in Jan. Right under the pool area and didn't have a problem. The only time I got concerned was when they had the pool party at night, but it was no big deal.

 

Just go and have a great cruise.

I started with a 8A. Also my friends started with a 6A and got upgraded to a 8A.We are a very happy bunch right now.

I was on the Legend in May and got upgarde from a 8A to cabin 8159. It is an extend balcony. The only difference I could see is that you had more room to move around on the balcony. It was great to run upstairs to the pool and the food. The noise upstairs didn't seem to bother me either.

We had 8231 on the Legend and enjoyed the convenience of being close to the buffet. We DID hear noise, but not enough to ever really bother us.

I am going on the Legend 7/18 and have not yet gotten any docs. After reading the boards for the past few weeks, seems like you receive them around 2-weeks prior. I have had booked a 4A and thus far been upgraded to a 4C. I wonder if I still have a chance to be upgraded further? Any thoughts are appreciated.

I did not get any Docs yet. We booked a IS QTY and are now in a 6a OS cabin riveria deck. Maybe because you booked a certain room is because you got your docs already

We had 8167 right next door last March. There is some noise such as children running and the odd chair being scrapped along the deck but not much other than that. I recall a bit of a mist early one morning as the Lido deck was being hosed down. None of it is disturbing. And it was never at night. You're a very short walk to the stairs where the back deck is only one deck up. And the elevators down take you to the entrance of the Truffles dining room. Very handy. I think you'll be very happy with this cabin.
