Any advice on parking at Brooklyn Cruise port in NYC.

Hello @Vacationtime3

Thank you for your first new thread on the Ask a Cruise Question forum! However, it is the forum for general questions regarding cruising. Your inquiry concerns parking in a specific departure port and is off topic there.

To help you out I have moved your new thread to the North American Homeports - East Coast Departures forum where it will be on topic. The majority of your fellow Cruise Critic members that have parked there frequent this forum and provide feedback here. Browse through the thread titles on this forum looking for threads of interest. You will probably find your fellow Cruise Critic members have already posted questions and received answers that may be of interest to you.

The Cruise Critic website and message boards are both great resources for new as well as experienced cruisers and we are so glad you have posted! Please feel free to browse the Cruise Critic Community categories list of the various forums. I suggest you Bookmark the page or put it in your Favorites for easy access in the future. Please read a few threads in the different forums to get a feel for what each forum is about. Make sure you read any pinned threads (aka Stickies) on the top of the first page of threads in most forums. You will find very important instructions or information there.

Hope this will be helpful and glad to have you aboard Cruise Critic!

Happy sails,

Host Kat

Being a Brooklynite and also user of the site, the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal is shared by the Princess, Cunard and recently MSC Lines.

It also which we are not happy with, it is a very expensive lot but is a secure one with security and lighting which gives us comfort when we use it.

There are no reservations like the one in Manhattan, so first come and first served but still should be enough space for all but can be quite a walk when parking later in the day before boarding.

There is no real vending machines for food available so really just to process and board passengers.

Hope this helps.

FYI,  the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal now accepts parking reservations.
