Great article.  We did our first Crystal cruise this year (Athens to Civitavecchia on Symphony) and 90% of it beat our expectations. We have already booked another for next year.  
 

Our only complaint was the Spa. Truly disappointing.  I’ve heard they sub contract it with another company.  My husband and I both shared our experience in our Crystal survey.  Hoping things improve by next year and we can enjoy the spa on our sea days.

Just an FYI, the majority of all cruiseship spas are operated by One Spa World (formerly Steiner), a British company. So, if you weren't happy with Crystal's spa, it probably will be the same with many others.
