Use shareholders OBC for SD dining in advance ?

Hello everyone.    Can we use our shareholder OBC to book SD in advance of us boarding ?   Our cruise is not until next June and therefore stockperks is not approving our OBC yet (the app says try again after November), so I can’t try to book an SD using this OBC.   With all the posts I’ve read about the difficulties people are expecting with booking SDs with the new Premier package I thought I would be smart and book in advance.   We are trying to do this cruise budget style so I don’t want to pay with my credit card now and then somehow switch payment to OBC while onboard as there will be an exchange rate differential.   Wow, long post to ask a simple question lol.

No, OBC can only be used onboard or in advance for excursions.

There is a difference in using SD credits on a booking to reserves in advance versus using OBC in advance.  The former should be possible (save for system bugs) and the latter is not allowed.
