Booking on Board

I have to cancel abooking that I made on board. Will HAL allow me to transfer to a new booking and keep the onboard credit? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Hi roberts 2005: You shouldn't have any problem with that at all. We always book on board and we have had to transfer and it was quite easily done. OUr travel agent is through HAL, I don't know if that will make a difference or not.
