what is the difference 8 a,b,c,d,e,f,

Can anyone help me out I just got my room number.

I was book with a group we got a BAL guar room

My room is on the lido deck balconly 8 d room can anyone tell me the difference in the rooms and if i got a good deal for booking guar.

An 8A is a balcony on the lowest deck with balcony cabins. You move up the ship to a higher deck as the letters increase except on Spirit class ships. On Spirit class most decks with balconies have two letters. The lower letter is a standard balcony, the next letter is an extended balcony.

 

Did you get a good deal? Probably. How much did you pay for your cabin? What would you have had to pay to book an 8D?
