Please Hosts can we have Independence on Roll Call forum

Please can someone add Independence to the Roll Call forum :(

 

I realise LauraS is away but surely there is someone else who can do it :(

 

There are quite a few people now booked on different dates so come on CC please find someone who can do it...preferably before I go to bed in a few hours hahah:D

No I aint shouting....I cant I got numb mouth and tongue after dentist....so I need something to distract me.....so I am asking nicely ....please can we have our roll calls :D :D :D :D

Ok obviously people are reading this thread....but no response from a Host.:(

 

I was really excited yesterday when I booked my Independence cruise...really was looking forward to chatting with others on here on the same sailing...wondering/planning/laughing/swapping ideas.....and do you know what ??.....well now I am sad :( cause we aint got our own wee home to chat...nope....no wee welcome mat at that door....no nice smiley faces to greet us on a cold miserable day.....dont you find that a bit sad.....cause I do.

 

What is wrong with the Independence....why cant we have Roll Calls just like every other ship just about on the planet/water...come on....please Hosts give us a wee corner....or at least an explanation of why we cant have them.:o

Hi kingsgirl..:D ..I did email them...alas ...no good :( .....one of the hosts has been trying to help us out but still nothing.....its sad isnt it :( ...funny thing...I was so bored...I went to register for Meet and Mingle....yea I know a long time till our cruise but.....the Independence isnt even in the list of ships for registering :eek:

 

Maybe it is a ghost ship....maybe I am imagining I did a booking yesterday...what you think....or am I just losing the plot ?

I have just never joined a roll call so early on and so far in advance...and I just wanna meet my fellow cruisers...I wanna share the excitement of this new ship.....oh gawd yes I do sound obsessed eh ahahha...you would think I didnt have any other cruises before it eh hahaha....och well....maybe someday there will be a roll call for the Independence....sigh :(

I can understand your frustration, because one of the things I do right away after I book a cruise is to find out if there is an existing roll call and start posting. We'll keep you company in the meantime. Hang in there. :)

Maybe you should be naughty and post some travel agent names - that usually gets their attention pretty fast. :p Just kidding hosts - I would never condone that someone break the boards rules on purpose.

I dont think the Hosts here can actually add a Roll Call to the forum...I think that is only done by Admin....but I just wish they would let us "Independence" cruisers know ....as a courtesy :D

It is so cool to find out that I am not the only one who gets SOOOOO excited about an upcoming cruise!! We booked over a year before the next cruise (still 4 months to go) and I am going INSANE with the waiting!!!

Don't think she is excited yet- too far away for her to be and she will have to negotiate time off and we have the Jewel first in August. She is just happy that Grandpa pays for her cruises.

I am on the Liberty Pre-Inaugural next month here in UK...and I am like wowoowow excited about that...then I have Navigator for 14 nights in Sept.....and I cant wait for that cruise...and here I am like a kid at christmas waiting for Santa to visit and leave my pressies..when all I am waiting for is someone here to give us a Roll Call sub forum ...yea kinda crazy eh:D Insane..mmmm..not quite ...yet :D :D

Laura...by cruise time Alex will have just turned 19...oh gawd now thats scary :eek: it is such a shame we are on different sailings .:( ..it would have been great to finally meet up after all this time.

Sorry - too old- just turned 30- unless he likes the older woman!! LOL

 

She is so very sweet though. She told me on my 50th that she hopes to be like me when she is 50-- single,fiercely independent, forthright..... and as nice as anything- cannot remember the exact words but that was the idea

Aww what a nice neice you have Laura....not sure how Alex would describe me....nah dont even want to go there ahhahah:eek:

 

It will be really strange to cruise with Alex when he hits 18....he will then be able to come down the Casino with me...or go for a pint in the bars...oh heck...there will be a lot of bars on the Independence for him to check out. He is looking forward to going in the Diamond Club for a glass of champagne before dinner.

 

We love the big ships :D
