Fathers Day activities?

Will be on board the Liberty of the Seas on Father's Day. Anything planned on board or what has happened on cruises in the past?

I haven't been on RCCL during Father's day yet (but we will next week, Mariner) however, 2 years ago on NCL there was mention of it being Father's day but no activities. Hope you get a better answer to your question.

I would also like to know. We will be on the Adventure (next week) during fathers day. Can't wait!!

Just being on a cruise for Fathers Day is present and celebration enough for me.

 

the kids can give me teh tie and bottle of Old Spice when I get home *LOL* :)

Different day-of-note, but we've been onboard Mariner for St. Patrick's Day and they just mentioned it in the Cruise Compass. I don't really know what they could do, other than maybe have the waiters say "happy father's day" to those travelling with their children.

We have been on 2 cruises that started on Fathers Day..one last year on Freedom and in 2005 on Mariner. They did not have anything special other than mention it at our dinner. Enjoy your cruise...I wish we were going again this year....have to wait til 2009!!

I was on last year and there was nothing special planned. The CD mentioned it in anouncements, but that was it.
