Viking supplies their own hair dryer-which was fine-and I'm fussy about my blow dryer! There is an outlet at the 'desk' and mirror area that is 'american'.

I had set up 'camp' (all my make up and hair stuff there and let my husband have the bathroom-worked out great. I also took a travel iron I bought at Brookstone that was probably one of my best take alongs and purchases I've had in a long time! The closet is small-really small-but lots of drawer space. I had brought along extra hangers but ended up just keeping my clothes folded in the drawers and ironed what I needed.

Most Cruise lines do not allow irons in the cabin. They are concerned with setting the ship on fire.

Lots and lots of folks had them on board. I kept mine out, housekeeping saw it each and everyday and not a thing was said.
