Airport shuttle to Port Canaveral

We are booked on the RCCL shuttle after we arrive in Orlando to get out to the Port? Anybody do this before? How long does it take? Is it pretty easy to find them to get there?

 

How about the return trip to the airport after the cruise?

 

Any advice from previous travelers that have done this?

We're on the Mariner in February 2008 out of Port Canaveral.

Several people have recommended Arts Shuttle (http://www.artsshuttle.com). We're going to give them a whirl....others have said that they rent a budget rent a car and drop it in Port Canaveral.

How many people are going with you? if you have more than two people and the ability to drive, it may be cheaper to rent a one way car. From experience, the RCCL shuttle is expensive and will sit and wait at the airport until it is full. If you are one of the last ones, it goes off just fine, but if not, you may be waiting for an hour.

While I've never personally used them, they have been recommended in the forums before. I'm 'gonna try 'em this year.

I wouldn't want to take RCL's shuttle.. besides being expensive.. who want's to arrive at port with a bus full of other passengers & then have to stand around & wait for my luggage to come off the bus?? I want to get in line & get onboard asap...

Rent a car. There and Back. Cheaper, more convenient.

We have always rented from Budget. Very inexpensive, used priceline or discount coupons. The shuttle is very prompt and no waiting!
