"Aridne Room" on the Miracle

I've noticed on the deck plans there is an "Aridne Room" off of the "Bacchus Dining Room" anyone know what this is about?

I beelive that it is the small dining room that sits to the fron of the Bacchus Dining Room. I'm not sure what purpose it serves but people do eat in there during normal dining room hours.

When we were on there in April I thought I saw a sign in there that said it was for Skipper's Club dining.

I know on the Legend they have a small diningroom next to the main room, I think they use it for reunions or other groups that want to sit together. however I think they use it as a regular diningroom too.

I'm told its use is to be exclusively for paxs stuck in inside cabins on the Riviera deck. It would seem this is one way Carnival apologizes for what they put us through down there. :D :D

Is that a joke Gary????? I heard on some sailings that the room is used for families with small children.

 

It is an annex of the dining room. I am in an inside on riveira and I dont think I want to eat in there.

I don't know what its official existence is for, however, I would hazard a guess. I think it represents the extra seating for dining necessary when the ship is filled past 100% (when there are a lot of trips and quads in cabins). :)

I'm sure it could also "double" as a room for a private party or family get-together, maybe even a wedding reception ? :confused:
