I just read your comments regarding the Dream incident. I can vouch for Captain Mogic who has extensive experience sailing around the world and through the treacherous waters of Antarctica for many years, without incident. I find it impossible to believe that circumstances beyond his control did not occur in contributing to the accident. I also wonder if the Harbor Pilot was aboard when they were sailing out of the harbor, which is common practice. The Harbor Pilot would also be responsible. I just hope that he has command of another NCL ship soon.
