guitar shop request!

This is our first cruise coming in November to Coz. and Calica. I've just discovered this site and it's helping a lot. Husband has agreed to go to beach some, but is a guitarist. All he really wants to do is try to find one guitar maker shop someplace during this trip. After reading about shopping in some of the areas, it's a little concern to get off the beaten path.

But haven't a clue where to start finding a safe, reliable place to visit!

you might post this question on the Cozumel board, as PBTom or other local residents can probably answer your question about Cozumel. sorry i couldn't be of more help- i don't think this question has ever come up before that i remember.

If you get a good taxi driver--ones that speak englins--its ok to go off the beaten path- It may surprise you to see the other part of the islands that isnt built up by tourist attractions.

Go to http://www.google.com to find such shops at your destinations, then look them up (or have your husband do so) to find out if they're reputable and will be what he wants to visit.
