earl_m Posted February 6, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2008 I am booking a cruise on Jewel of the sea.. D1 category. are there any perks to go with this suite.
DHADEN Posted February 6, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 6, 2008 Sorry, Earl; But this is not considered a "suite". It is a balcony cabin that is a small bit larget than the Cat-E. "Perks" would be things like the balcony to enjoy, in-room refridgerator, if you ask your attendant, they should bring you terriclothe robes to use during the cruise. Hope This Helps. Sue L Posted February 6, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 6, 2008 D1 is a balcony category but NOT a suite. You have to go to the next level to get a Junior suite.

cb at sea Posted February 6, 2008 #5 Share Posted February 6, 2008 If you book the next cabin catagory, a JS, you will get 2 C&A credits and priority boarding, if it's available at your port. (Plus, alot of space and a tub!) You would have to go to a "true" suite to get any "suite" perks, like the use of the concierge lounge.
RevSmith Posted February 6, 2008 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2008 It's funny how most cabins are referred to as suites now a days...I understand why one would think there are perks...
