Open Dining

We are on the Brilliance May 29th Med and have just received a letter from RCCL advising us they are introducing open dining. Conditions are that you have to book it at least a week before sailing and have to pre pay gratuitities. A part of a dining room is to be set aside for this.

Yes, they've been doing that on the Brilliance for awhile. We are on the TA in April and I've received that email twice. I'm ignoring it as we don't want open dining and don't intend to pre-pay tips.

PREPAY ALL TIPS. wHICH I did for our freedom cruise in April. You have to tip either way, now I am done and will owe nothing on cruise card.

Think they set aside the top level from other posts I have read.
