Tylenol (and its generic form) with codeine is readily available in BC pharmacies. However it is not on the shelves , you do have to go to the pharmacist and purchase it over the counter so to speak. This is the product Americans love to purchase or have their Canadian friends bring them as it is not available in any states that I am aware of.

 

When you get up to T-5s or Emtec strength of codeine a local doctors prescription is required and it must be a Canadian doctor's.

 

You will find that most large supermarkets like Safeway and Save-on- Foods have pharmacies in their stores. If the OP still wishes to purchase the product in Victoria the is a large Shoppers Drug Mart in downtown Victoria on Douglas St. http://www1.shoppersdrugmart.ca/en/store-locator/store/221
