Cabins below the buffet

Just how noisy are the inside cabins below the buffets? I am especially interested in the M-class ships of Celebrity under the buffet/kitchen areas towards the back of the ship. How loud, how early, how late? Any cruisers of Celebrity or other lines having stayed in similar cabins please give me some advice. Seems these cabins are a higher inside category and slightly higher in price so I'm wondering how bad can it be? Thanks

Don't know about the Mercury, but I do know that on two Princess ships, below the buffet is a very noisy place in the wee hours. It isn't so much the noise from midnight noshers as it is the noise the cleanup crew makes after said noshers head off to bed. I wouldn't risk it on any ship.
