Can't remember -safes

Haven't been on Princess since 2003 on Grand. Going again in 2 wks. Does Grand have in room safes? Thanx

 

Yes they do. The safe is the kind that you put in a series of numbers of your choice. It is explained very clearly on the safe.

Watch out for the lip, you can easily lose small items. Place them in plastic bags !
Exactly. That's what I do. I bring 1-qt ZipLoc bags and put my passport, credit cards and money in one, jewelry and stuff in another. When I want something, I just pull out the bag, get what I want and put it back. It's also a great way to separate personal items if there are two in a cabin. Almost every cruise, I find some coins, a pin or an earring left by a previous cruiser. :( The safe uses a 4-digit code that you enter (you decide what code you want to use) every time you close and then open the safe. You can change the code every time (not recommended) if you want.
