App.: Duck Pate on water-crisp crackers with champagne

Salad: Smoked Breast of Duck on field greens with a Raspberry vinaigrette with more champagne

Main: Roasted whole Duck with wild rice & veggies with a side of grilled Duck Polenta served with a nice Pinot Noir

Dessert: Duck Grand Mariner Souffle with some nice Cognac to wash the bad taste of all that DUCK out!!!!! I had duck on the Monarch Tuesday night. Although not one of my favorite dishes, it was very good, the best I've had. It was on a bed of red cabbage and was superb.
