We went directly to the restaurant to make our reservations. They are both located on Deck 11 right outside the Windjammer.

We did the same this past week and got exactly what we wanted. Remember they fill up fast so if possible (and you get there before your cabin is ready) stop before you walk into the Windjammer for lunch and make your ressies then.

We go directly to the restaurants (they are on deck 11, outside the WJ) as soon as we board, DH to one, and I to the other. I was the first person on the ship to make my Portofino reservation this past February.:)
