We set our guest up with our travel agent who handled the group booking. When doing so we he forwarded to us the documents from the cruise line which listed everyone's cabin number. Even if everyone is doing there own booking you can always ask for their cabin numbers. Final payments for cruises is usually 2 months before sailing so you'll this info in plenty of time before sailing.
