julycruiser7 Posted July 15, 2008 #1 Share Posted July 15, 2008 I am about to set sail July 28 on Carnival Miracle. Just wondering if anyone has any pictures of the view from stateroom 4123, or others that might be positioned similarly (4114, 4115, 4122, 4132, 4133, 4140, 4141, 4148, 4149). Also, what type of dress code to passengers adhere to? Thanks!
Chigirlcruzin Posted July 15, 2008 #2 Share Posted July 15, 2008 I don't have pics, but I stayed in 4133. It was situated between 2 lifeboats, so I could look out to the water. It was really nice to have the window and natural light when I paid for an inside. As for the dress code - days are casual. Most wear a bathing suit with shorts and t or a sundress over it. Evenings are dressier, but still casual. You'll see everything from sundresses to capris, jeans, and shorts. Despite all the racket you may read here, the vast majority of people do adhere to the dress code.
DisneyNutMary Posted July 15, 2008 #3 Share Posted July 15, 2008 I'll be on the 7/28 Miracle. There are not my Cruise Critic member going 7/28, but there is a tiny thread in the Roll Call, you should check it out and say Hi :D

babywewe Posted July 16, 2008 #7 Share Posted July 16, 2008 Looks like a standard balc. cabin. Most have great views! Most people dress very casual on the ship. On formal night every was dressed in different degree's from "nicely dressed" to "formal". Although many people keep it casual in the dinning room most nights they are nicely dressed. The men or women ( even those who I noticed wearing jeans or shorts) were all dressed very nicely. Have fun!
DGP1111 Posted July 16, 2008 #8 Share Posted July 16, 2008 go to cruise.stateroom.info and click to find a stateroom. 4132, 4140 are on there with pictures. Well, that was kind of interesting. I've seen that site mentioned a few times online, but never visited it. When I checked it out just now, my first though was "Wow, that angle looks identical to my picture!", then I realized it was my picture. No problem, but I was rather surprised. tls630 Posted July 16, 2008 #9 Share Posted July 16, 2008 You won't be disapoited with any of the listed cabins. French doors are large and give a good view.

Nevada Bob Posted October 25, 2014 #11 Share Posted October 25, 2014 Here are a few photos of the view from Cabin 4132. They lowered the lifeboats for maintenance/inspection one day in Cabo San Lucas. The one side of the french doors opens but a handrail is directly in front. You can just look out and lean on the handrail. There is a partial view between the lifeboats and the natural light is nice.

Nevada Bob Posted October 25, 2014 #16 Share Posted October 25, 2014 4133 will have a bit of an angle for a view but at least you will have natural light. We will also be on the Hawaii cruise of Dec 6th but an interior room on the Verandah deck.
