when do you get mail from rccl for your cruise

i got my first cruise on rccl coming in january and havent got anything in the mail from them. booked 10 months ago,paid it off 2 weeks ago and still nothing is that normal for them. the only other cruise line i have been on has been disney and they send you your information when you book and every time you make a payment. just wondering should i be getting mail from them or not? thankyou

if you booked directly with RCL you'll get documents from RCL about 3-4 weeks before the cruise (sometimes as late as 2 weeks before). If you booked thru a travel agent the documents will be sent to your agent and the travel agent will forward them to you. You might also have signed up (inadvertently) for 'e-docs' where your documents are sent directly to you via email.

I have found that you must request an invoice update as you pay. If you did not receive and Paid in Full invoice, call and request one from either your TA or RCI, which ever you booked with.

 

You will more then likely receive your documents anywhere from 6-2 prior to sailing.

 

Not to worry, they will come. Don't forget to complete you Sign and Sail as this is really all you will need to bring.

Quick note: It's the SetSail Pass that you need to complete and print out and take with you to the pier for check-in. :)
