M&M Hayden Posted October 31, 2008 #2 Share Posted October 31, 2008 if you booked directly with RCL you'll get documents from RCL about 3-4 weeks before the cruise (sometimes as late as 2 weeks before). If you booked thru a travel agent the documents will be sent to your agent and the travel agent will forward them to you. You might also have signed up (inadvertently) for 'e-docs' where your documents are sent directly to you via email.
karena1 Posted October 31, 2008 #3 Share Posted October 31, 2008 We normally get ours about 5 weeks before the cruise. It is always so much fun to do the DOC DANCE:D :D
EtoilePB Posted October 31, 2008 #4 Share Posted October 31, 2008 Ours came almost exactly 6 weeks before our sail date; we had e-docs though.
Honey's Gal Posted October 31, 2008 #5 Share Posted October 31, 2008 I have found that you must request an invoice update as you pay. If you did not receive and Paid in Full invoice, call and request one from either your TA or RCI, which ever you booked with. You will more then likely receive your documents anywhere from 6-2 prior to sailing. Not to worry, they will come. Don't forget to complete you Sign and Sail as this is really all you will need to bring.
kathyemma Posted October 31, 2008 #6 Share Posted October 31, 2008 I got our docs today! We sail Nov 23rd. Mine were late because I moved and Royal sent them to the old address. Kathy
