vos and all there is to know

i am leaving sunday..............well, all 10 of us that is. anything i need to know about the vos cruise coming up? does anyone know anything about that island frenzy parade that i see in the compass?

I never quite managed to stay up late enough to see the parades!!! We had a great time on the ship check out the pig and whistle pub especially when the karakoe is on. Make sure you get tickets for the ice show.

On the Voyager class ships, they use the Royal Promenade for entertainment a couple times during the week. During the Island Frenzy Parade, the cruise staff and the entertainment staff will perform and dance in the "street."

If you want to watch but be out of the throngs of people, my tip is to go to the forward Centrum elevators one or two decks above the Promenade. There are some little balconies that overlook the Promenade. You can either sit (on the floor) or stand and get a great view of the festivities. To get one of those spots you'll probably need to go about 15 minutes early.

These parades, especially on the first night is absolutely awesome! it starts at 1045 PM on Sunday night. It is high energy, very colorful and a great way to kick off your cruise!
