Has any one been sent a questionaire to fill out on the experience of their past cruise?

Yes, I received one by e-mail, which I completed and then about two weeks later I received (by snail mail) a coupon for $50.00 off of an upcoming cruise if I booked before a certain date (which I did not do).

We have received 3 of these all of which have been a few weeks after a cruise. After completing our first one about 3 years ago we received a letter from Royal Caribbean that our information had been compromised so they were paying for a years worth of credit monitoring. Don't let that stop you from completing it. They don't know what they are doing wrong/right if we the consumer don't tell them. You don't put anything very personal in the survey so we had no problem completing the next two we received.
