RAYSAN11 Posted February 18, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2009 I do not think SD is topless but if you a caribbean cruise to the French West Indies most of the french islands have topless and nude beaches
Host Dan Posted February 18, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2009 I do believe that going topless on SD would not be acceptable. You might also shy away from thong type bikini bottoms. Host Dan
Jim Avery Posted February 18, 2009 #4 Share Posted February 18, 2009 Is topless sunbathing permitted on SD? What do you look like? Most of us should barely wear bathing suits.
edhenry Posted February 18, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 18, 2009 What do you look like? Most of us should barely wear bathing suits. Wow, I am so glad to hear you say that! LOL. Our cruise isn't till April, but I've been obsessing over what clothes to bring/buy, etc. While going topless might solve the issue of how much to take along, the thought that there are people toned and shapely enough to go topless on the ship was making me feel a bit insecure - until I read your comment. Thanks!
Rare DisneyJen Posted February 18, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2009 I think you have received good advice, including the comment about the thong, from other posters. Topless sunbathing is PROHIBITED in the US and British Virgin Islands. You can go topless in St. Barths and on Oriental Beach in St. Martin. Actually I think you can go topless on any beach on the French side of St. Martin. Not to worry edhenry ... as usual Mr. Avery is correct:p
