You can't find out on line. You can call your T/A, if you used one, or contact the cruise line direct.

On our latest cruise we had a $100 per week on board credit. It was not credited to our account until 2 days into each sailing.

Not available online, and I coud not even find out until the 1st full day onboard! Make sure you bring all paperwork to confirm your amount!

You can call RCCL and get them to email you a Booked Confirmation Invoice. It will show all your OBC including RCCL Visa. It will be in code under Cruise Charges but it will be there (if it's been posted).

 

Example (from our last cruise invoice):

 

ADV1-$100 ONBRDCR (NextCruise OBC)

C1OC-L1OBC $25PP (RCCL Visa OBC)

C4OC-$250 OBC P-P (RCCL Visa OBC)

QFUL-OBC QTR FUEL (Fuel Surcharge refund OBC - amt matched charge next to FUEL-FUEL SUPPL)

 

If you booked through a TA you would have to go through him/her.
