Suggestion for Meeting Place On Board Oosterdam?

We will be going on our first cruise on the Oosterdam on 7/30 and we are coordinating a tour with Rome in Limo. We would like to meet with the other tour participants prior to the day of the tour. If you've been on the Oosterdam before, can you recommend a meeting place (someplace not too big where we will be able to find each other.....)? Thanks!

We've not been on the Oosterdam yet, not till October, but on the Noordam we met our fellow tour sharers at the Ocean Bar, by the glass staircase. Central point and easy to get to the exit.

On the port side of the Crow's Nest -- there is a small room where you can meet.

Also the Explorer's Lounge is a nice quiet place.

The Atrium on Main Deck. It's right near the Front Desk, in case anyone needs to change $$$. There's restrooms right there, for that last-minute stop. It's close to the gangway, if that's at mid-ship, and half-the-distance if the gangway is at an end staircase. Small-enough area, but still large enough for comfort. And great for people-watching while you wait!
