football on the Elation

We are planning a 4 day Baja cruise this fall, and will be in Ensenada the day of a Chargers football game. Does anyone know for sure whether or not the game will be available to be seen on board?

Thanks! Lynn

As long as they are playing the Broncos that day, you are good to go...

(or if they are the Sunday night or Monday night game that week)

If they are on at the same time as the Broncos that day, forget about it.

It wouldn't matter if it was the Chargers versus the Patriots, Colts or Steelers and the Broncos were playing the worst team in the league.

You will see the Broncos, no matter what.

Just check the online TV Guide and put in Denver's channels to see which games will be shown on board. (luckily I'm a Bronco fan, so I LOVE cruising Carnival during the season.)

The TV channels (ABC/CBS/NBC/Fox) are all out of Denver, so you will get what the Denver station has on, which will most likely be the Broncos. Unless they are playing at different times. But if the Broncos are on CBS, then the Chargers might be on Fox if they are playing an NFC team.

But you should get any MNF and Sun NF games.

And it will be sort of amusing to watch all the other customers come into the bar and demand their game be put on only to have the bartender try to explain that the ship gets limited options.

But if you are going to be in port, you might be able to see it onshore.
