Kids programs on B2B turnaround day

My wife and I would like to visit some Rome museums on our B2B turnaround day aboard HAL Noordam and I was planning on leaving the kids on the ship. On all our past cruises, I'm pretty sure the kids programs are closed on embarkation/debarkation days but are they open on these turnaround days when a cruise is specifically sold as a 20-day B2B in the Med?

I called and as we all suspected, they are closed on turnaround day. Note for future: As most ship services are closed or limited, turnaround days on B2Bs are NOT just like a regular sea or port day.
