Not sure if/when Regent will consider a fuel surcharge. However, once your cruise is fully paid, the fuel surcharge will not be added (at least that was how it was handled last time).

I highly doubt there will be a fuel surcharge in the near future. The cruise lines are struggling as it is to fill their cabins and therefore you have discounts and freebies never seen before. If the economy had been in the same situation a couple of years ago there never would have been fuel surcharges in the first place.

Its probably likely they will be back if oil goes back to $90 or $100.
