We need a kids section of this board!!

I have children and often look for posts that are kid related. Its not easy to find answers sometimes. It would be nice to be see a topic specifically for kid related questions and answers. Sort of a 'Kids Corner'.

 

Does anyone agree??

I think we need one too. My daughter often visits another message board because they have a teen section. The family cruising board is fine but doesn't seem to serve kids and teens that are actually doing the posting and would like to meet future cruisers ahead of time.

DFritz your right. My daughter also visits another board because it has a teens area. You'd be surprised how much they learn about cruising from each other. A great idea that so far CC hasn't picked up on.

I think that is a great idea and I dont even have kids! I think it would be great for them to have a chance to "chat" with some of their fellow young cruisers and "meet" them before the cruise. I think AO should even organize a mini meet and greet for the kids, they could have something the first day right in the AO club with cookies and juices and such and the kids could hang out and mingle while mom and dad mingled.

Yup my daughter goes to cruisemates also.

 

The reason the kids like it is it is their own. Posting here on the RCI board is just too time consuming for them to get to the topics they want. Also in general no adults post on their boards which is how they seem to like it but it is moderated.
