Hi Everyone,

 

I don't know where Belle is so I decided to start the thread.

 

I have great news. I am down 4 lbs. total! I lost 2 lbs. in the past 2 weeks.

 

I'm thrilled. Now if I can just go down a few more.

Diana - How wonderful!!! I seem to be up .2# this week ... oh well, I'll keep plugging away.

Tried twice to write a poem last night

for today but they got lost in space!!

(someone sure likes my poems out/up there lol)

 

Just didn't want to try a third time.

Got busy this morning and forgot to

post.

 

I stayed the same today.

almost did not report in. I gained am now 160 again.

Whoops I forgot to post!! And I'm down 1 pound:) You would think it would be the first thing on my mind!:D

Belle~I don't feel to bad being late now since you were also:D I do miss your poem though! Good job not gaining.

Hi Ladies -

I forgot to weigh in yesterday. The good news is I'm down 3 lbs. over 8 days, even though I don't "feel" it. Good luck to everyone this next week!

Stayed the same at 200.6 which is great for me after the accident. Back is feeling better but activity level is still pretty low so I am happy with that. Going on vacation for three weeks so who knows what will happen....
