I just got off the Enchantment yesterday where I heard that they are adding a balcony to 62 cabins on Deck 10! This should be great news for the 3/4 day cruisers out of Port Canaveral.

They are not even listing any suites available on any of the spring cruises for 2005. Do you think they are just updating the info to say they have balconies or do you think that they are actually sold out already?

I booked a Junior Suite on Deck 10 via Cruisequick on Monday of this week. I went back to RCI website the next day to check avaibility for a coworker and they were all gone. The had also raised the prices of the insides and oceanviews by $50-75. I figure they took them all out and are reconfiguring the description and probably the price! I am excited though, I got a JS w/balcony at old Sovereign prices!

The Suites were back on last night. For my Jan. 14 sailing the price for a JS went from $479pp to $579pp. We have 3 JS booked and are thrilled about now having balconies as for some it is their first cruise.

I booked a JS on the Sovereign for 12/13/04 about 3 weeks ago. I had no idea that they were going to refurbish it and provide us with balconies. I am so excited now! At first I was worried because on the RCCL website it doesn't show availability of any cruises on 12/13 and I wondered if she would still be in dry dock and our cruise would get cancelled, but when I emailed them they told me that there definitely was going to be a sailing then. I think it might be the first sailing after she is done, but not sure of that. I'm really excited!! Never had a balcony before (or a suite for that matter). My friend and I are going to celebrate our big 4-0 birthdays! icon_biggrin.gif
