  1. And that would be too bad for them. If they don’t want a coffee card that is good for one cruise, then they don’t have to purchase it, correct? That’s what happened to our old coffee cards some thought they were good for the rest of their life.
  2. One of my friends that I cruise with at times only drinks water, so I am unable to purchase Plus when she is cruising with me. 🙁
  3. They should bring back the coffee cards and say that they are only good for that cruise.
  4. I purchased a large container of clam chowder from a restaurant on the Monterey Pier in CA. As I stepped off of the tender onto the ship they asked me what I had. They took my piping hot clam chowder. You know someone ate it.
  5. I’ve watched gray water coming out of the tap in the cabin. I wouldn’t drink it.
  6. I follow a low sodium diet, but when I drink the water on the ship, I have a problem with swelling. If I stay away from the ship water and just drink bottled than I am OK. I’ve heard that the ship water is desalinated, but I still have a problem with it.
  7. I received a call too. I think her name was Barbara if I remember correctly. She was really nice.
  8. I am so sorry that happened to you and I hope you are doing better. It does sound like things were totally messed up. The next time though ask someone in the Buffet if they can help you. I have had to ask before and they did help me. I know that won’t be of much help now but maybe the next cruise if you do need help. Take care.
  9. Why is Horizon Court not wheelchair friendly? That doesn’t sound good. Please share what happened with the “Goat Rope-Total Disaster”.
  10. I probably spent an hour on the phone with a Customer Service Rep and a Supervisor but both employees did not really know what was going on or how to handle. I was upset receiving the email at 6:15 PM on a Friday night and it telling me that I had to deal with it by Monday or lose the $200 per person deposit. My amazing Princess CVP does not work the weekends so Saturday I emailed Jen Wright. I did not expect a response on a Saturday, but I received one within minutes. Ms. Wright answered every question I had asked and she was very nice while doing it. I emailed Ms. Wright again on Sunday and again within minutes my problem was taken care of. She has been wonderful to work with and I really appreciate her.
  11. When I received the error message, I figured it would just get canceled and maybe they would offer a $50 onboard credit for your next cruise or something like that. Like I said before, I thought it was legit when we booked the offer and I am very pleased with the offer of an inside cabin.
  12. I always go to the Crown Grill on embarkation evening too. The reason I go then is because after a few days on a cruise I start to get full and I want to go hungry. 😂
  13. They apologized for the error and changed it to an inside cabin. I think that was fair, do you?
