It is always a joy to read them each Thursday Well I had a great week. I think im burning calories celebrating by doing the happy dance. I lost 3.8 lbs. I was not expecting that at all. I even made and ate Gumbo this week. I didnt exercise alot either, so I guess it was my body adjusting itself. No matter what, I will take it and celebrate. Hope everyone is doing well. Im starting to get excited about my cruise. Its 17 weeks away all my plans are made its just wait until time to pack now. Have a great day and a great week everyone. Taste great, are very filling, and best of all take forever to digest so keep your feeling full forever. Also solves the "I need something crunchy to eat" without going to chips. While we did not go to any parties, we did go to dinner at some friends house. I swear she cooked for an army and not just 6 people. I felt bad her having all that food and I was not eating alot. I did endulge in some steak and baked potatoe and a little cheese cake, but lord did she have food. Today im feeling sick. I just dont eat that much anymore.
