Viceroy Hotel pool closure

Just an FYI, I know that the pool deck that is at the Viceroy Hotel and Icon Brickell is talked about all the time here as it's truly an exceptional pool and one of the best reasons to stay at the hotel. But since it's now public, I thought I would let you all know that the entire pool deck is about to close and will be closed for 12 to 14 months.

Lawsuits are going on against the builder and others since there are some defective issues. The entire 15th floor pool deck and the hot tub will be closed the entire time.

Wow! I booked here for August just for the pool!! Guess I need to cancel that reservation!!!

I booked there because of all the good things you said about the pool! No way am I staying in Miami...in August...without a pool!! :eek:
