Our phone is with Time Warner Cable and we can call free to China, India, Mexico and even to Canada.

How about from Hawaii? We live in Ohio.

Well, if your plan says you may call from the US to any of those locations...Hawaii is one of the 50 states...

I had a little chuckle over 'even to Canada' - which is a lot closer to Ohio than the other places that you mention :)

I think chances are pretty good that you can call from Hawaii to Ohio for free - but probably best to check with your phone service provider just to be sure.

Yes you can make/receive calls while in Hawaii on your TWC phone service if you have the Phone 2 Go app and have a WiFi or cellular data connection.

As mentioned since Hawaii is in the USA the same rules should apply but if in doubt just call the provider to be sure.

It sounds like you are using TWC for your home phone. Are you also using TWC on your cell phone while in Ohio? It appears that to use TWC from your cell phone you must have the app. Who is your cell phone provider?
