Help us choose a cruise!

So we have it between two cruises for sept 2015. ( both same price, both leaving from NO, and both would be a balcony room). Ive been on a cruise before, altho its been 7 year, and hubby has never gone. I went to costa maya, belize and Cozumel. If you had to pick what would you do???? and why!!?? which ever one we go on I know we will have a great time.

I want Beaches and snorkeling and Hubby wants to do some site seeing of ruins or something along those lines.

What do you all suggest? =)

Basd on what you said you are looking for--ruins and beaches--I'd choose cruise B. There are several ruins in Belize, including Lamanai and Altun Ha. Cozumel and Honduras have beautiful beaches.

With cruise A, you could head to Tulum via Cozumel, but that involves 2+ hours of transportation each way (via ferry and bus), which usually only leaves about 2 hours to explore the ruins. Tulum is beautiful due to its location on the water, but it is a small site and it is all roped off with walking paths so you can't get too close to the actual ruins.

I would choose B. I would not go to Jamaica again unless there wasn't an alternative. And if I went again, I'd stay on the ship.

Based on what you have said I would go with the second cruise.

Cruise B

We did the Lamanai ruins excursion in Belize with a (rickety) bus ride, good lunch, small river boats to the ruins in the jungle inhabited by howler monkeys. Quite an experience! This excursion was offered by the ship. Too far for private tours.

Go to the beach on Roatan and Cozumel.

Cruise B would be my choice. We don't care for Jamaica.
