Does anyone have a personal cruise consulant that they use at NCL. I have a wonderful one on another line that I cruise but have never been able to find one at NCL that I like. I always book directly with the cruise line so I am not looking for a travel agent. Thanks :)

Everyone has one as they are automatically assigned when you book your first NCL cruise. However, the rules of the forum do not allow us to discuss/recommend either PCCs or Travel Agents.

PCCs are a crapshoot. Constant turnover and varying degrees of competence. We rotated through 3 nitwits back in the day so now refuse any suggestion of being referred to one on the rare occasions we call to book or rebook. Other NCL buddies really like their's though, so you might ask for a recommendation on board.

I had five years of rubbish pccs. Double payments taken, not believing me when I've said our roll call know the ships delayed in dry dock even after sending links to show port websites show it arriving a day later and we had flights etc to move. Made me promises and never seen them through. I think I've just been unlucky. Got a new one and I don't get offered anything by them where our friends PCC in Miami has upgraded them to VIP a few times, given them obc.

I don't believe this is true. I booked direct with NCL and when I called back and asked who my PCC was they said since my call routes through west coast they don't assign them, only MiAmi does. None of my documentation has a name on it, so I believe that may be true.
